You don't have to eat leafy greens or roots. You don't want to have any seeds or nuts. Nuts and seeds are like thi sleeper food that i think thas become in vogue. There's all kinds of de defense chemicals in these seeds, whether it's an almond or a pine nut or a walnut because beans are plant babies. oats are very high in phitic acid, which can cause problems with a human gut. And wheat isn't great for us because gluten is electin; the same thing can happen with nuts and oxalic grains.
