I don't think we want a situation where you have a problem in one part of the world and we get that much cascading failure. We also are interdependent bi-directionally and as a result, have to figure out how to make things work with each other. And so this is a place where localism can be anti-productive, counterproductive because being forced to stay invested in what everybody else is doing can be important to the scale solutions. But I do believe there's a lot of things that should not be locally because they happen more efficiently with economies of scale.
