Alito's Failure to Recuse Himself From Cases Involving Singer's Companies
Alito failed to recuse himself from cases involving Singer's companies in the ensuing years, which is a clear ethical violation by a guy who truly never misses an opportunity to be an absolute piece of shit. In his Wall Street Journal op-ed, Alito claimed that it wasn't actually an ethical violation because it just wasn't. He also said he barely knew Singer at all and that his seat on the private jet, this is my favorite, didn't have any value because if he hadn't taken the seat on theprivate plane, the seat would have just been empty. It's like going to the airport and being like, put me on for free. Is this plane full? Okay
