We need to ask ourselves when we're thinking about cardiac interventions, you know, if I did this intervention or got this further work up, would it change my management? And if the answer is no, then probably not worth doing. There are certain more phologies of aneurysms that lend themselves better to coiling. The decision whether to clip or coil is not one that you'll make and not ones that you'll have any particular input into.
