What Are Charter Cities?
Cities that are trying out very different experiments on how to live. I can kind of see natural Experiments arising as long as you Let cities be a little more autonomous than their lawmaking. San Francisco is not having a great time at the moment Right, and so that would almost be considered one type of experiment Obviously San Francisco is still bound by like certain state laws and stuff So what you might want to say is like, okay now San Francisco's can just like vote on everything They don't have to abide by the state regulations. And then people Or don't like that which seems to be moving out of San Francisco moving into places like Austin, Texas.
