How to Get the Ball Rolling
Find things that you do have the energy u to do. Write them all down and then make it a goal to get all of those things done. If you're truly feeling drained and not motivated, let yourself lay in bed with no guilt. Let yourself enjoy your relaxation with no guilt,. Because sometimes we need two weeks in bed. Sometimes we need a month in bed, and that's okay. Do something small. It doesn't need to be big.
