Pete and Shay were very competitive growing up in surfing. We had no coaches, we had no idea what other surfers around the wrld areally doing. And it never crossed my mind going professional, for, think, till i saw shay get a car. You get that itas all, like contest money, like, what? Like, if he can do it, that's tat's what i need to do. Its always, it always strikes me as interesting, because the surfing world is so enamoured by it, by surfing siblings,. But having at least sat pretty close to a lot of these families and ved up close, it makes all the sense
