Norwegian football or sport in general has really high participation rates. Some of it is probably due to we have some regulations to avoid early specialization and exposing children to intense competition. In Norway we really promote the early sampling and that not many will end up as professional athletes so I think that the main goal for Norway is that sport is a health this social arena for children.
