Donald kastelski and his partner, bryan schnarsky were called to testify at hearing's trying to get to the bottom of kathy namus murder. Police say they have a theory as to why cathy was murdered, but without enough evidence to charge anyone with her murder, they won't say what their theory is. Kastawski and shnarski were also connected to david namoth, her husband.
