Are You a Prisoner of War?

America has two point two million people locked up in prisons and jails across the country. We have over incarcerated to such an epic scale that we're the s largest jailer proportional to our population. Most people who are incarcerated do not have access to meaningful educational opportunity while incarcerated. And so it's not really a surprise that people leave prison demoralized and, you know, unprepared to return to society and be productive citizens. The receipt ism rate is somewhere around 50%. But its only its less than four % for people who go through this programme.
