Cognition is this deeply embodied kind of sensing and co-sensing of the world where you're in the context. It's very easy to demonize the left hemisphere, right? The left hemisphere is the one that can carve out and make those distinctions. There's lots of ways we can talk about this distinction, but we're talking now about cognition.

In this conversation I speak with Jill Nephew. Jill, a former AI black box algorithm engineer with extensive experience in developing software architectures, holds a highly heterodox perspective on the risks associated with LLM AIs.
