What Does Perfection Look Like for Your Team?

Most of the time, you hardly need leadership cause things are just sort of ticking along. To be a good leader, number one is to change yourself and put yourself in a position where you have a decent chance of making good decisions. Next is we need a unified definition of success - what does perfection look like for our team?
