When the pandimic first hit, we noticed that people were working more hours and taking less time off. We saw that as a red flag to burn out if we didn't address it. So we invented family and friends day. It wound up being a friday off mont where the whole virdual company shuts down. The real kicker of how this influenced culture an to your point on seeing we started a dedicated family and friends slack channel. I think some one won family in friends day forever when they posted a gog photos gallery of their marriage. Some one got married on family on frends day. And that's pretty remarkable.
