Therapy and Coaching - What's the Difference?
Coaches are able to do deep therapeutic work, and extraordinary therapists can do really fantastic coaching at the same time. I'm much more fascinated by that overlap in the centre where great coaching and great therapy can look and seem and feel very similar. We're now having trained, i think, 11 thousand therapist. And as you say, therapis can do coaching. Coaches can do therapy. But lot of people get very into this black and white, you know, you must never guide a client or lead a client,. but i've always been but a rule breaker, and i think you are too. A favourite book and leadership is called first break all the rule yes, i think so
