A model is basically you could think of as the AI. It's the thing that takes in data and spits out answers. Different types of models are good at different things. Some models learn based on natural language like GPT, which is a language model. And eventually you'll be able to give it a photo with just an input and it will guess based on everything that you've given it. What that thing is as an output can be used for simple things like image detection or code that you have given them.
In this episode of Syntax, Wes and Scott talk about the current landscape of AI, how AI is trained, is AI going to take your job, who’s going to train AI, and adding AI to your applications.
