Identifying Targets for Missile Strikes in Ukraine

This chapter discusses how targets are identified for long-range missile and drone strikes in Ukraine. It explores the process of gathering information from informants and locals, as well as using coordinates from older targets. The chapter also touches on the challenges of obtaining proof of the targets hit and the impact of Western arms deliveries to Ukraine.
