Keeping Existing Residents Happy With Low Property Taxes
The city's primary goal is to keep existing residents happy with low property caxes. The people that move in there, we can charge an up front sencly ca c, which, in this you know, will probably delay the project until prices go up again. Or we can basically charge it in terms of higher property taxes over the lifetime of the people that live there. It's a much more effective way of collecting that money for the city, but it's also a very unpopular way to do it.
