Mark Dreyfus on the Voice

I want to ask about your personal position on the voice because Mark Dreyfus is introducing the constitutional alteration bill in Parliament today. I think the reason I support the voice is, crucially, I don't think it's going to solve every problem in this country. And at this point it would be disastrous if the voice referendum is not, if not successful, it could be a real body blow to a lot of First Nations people and the broader country. We'll be doing everything we can to make sure it's successful.
