Making It Shorter Is Not Just Brevity

We have an expectation in culture that we're not going to linger and watch your commercial for a minute before you get to the point. If I have an email in my inbox and it takes me more than one scroll on my phone, I often will just mark it as unread me like, I'll come back to that later. As an author, I want to make my books shorter. The organizations that figure this out are going to have a huge competitive advantage.
