The Importance of Protein, Curio Teen and Sleep in Nutritional Science

When we're talking about nutrition science or behavior and activity science it is really difficult to accurately determine the effect of protein, curio teen or sleep because you don't have a zero dose condition. A recent meta analysis by Tagawa and colleagues 2022 looked at the effect of grams per kilograms of protein per day on lean mass outcomes. There's only a like a 10 gram protein difference between some of these ranges for certain body weights that would expect there to be a graded effect.
