When you acknowledge weakness, you invite others to do the same thing. It has the effect of accelerating connection, accelerating trust. And it also opens up learning righ because you can't tell people that you're lousy at certain things. You know, we typically see culture fit as being unalloyed good. We hire people for aur group because they are great culture fit. But when you think about it a little more deeply, that ends up creating the worst thing of all, which is mono culture. So instead, the suggestion is higher for contribution. Don't hire for fit. A diverse brain is a smarter brain. and a bunch of people who think in the same pathways as not
