Is There Any Evidence for Insulin Resistance?

The hypothesis we talked before about these societies that hadn't yet adopted a Western lifestyle. They remained cancer, you know largely cancer free largely free of diabetes and obesity. So the hypothesis is that they had that protection because they were insulin sensor they were not insulin resistance and that that was the key. We don't have the type of studies that we want to talk to about the very beginning and maybe we never will.
