Why You Shouldn't Refund Your Customers

For hard cases, like people who suddenly lost their jobs or had medical emergencies, we just refunded the money. This saved us from charge bick fees that would have occurred if our customers went through the bank. And to our knowledge, no one has ever abused his system. So even with a no refund policy, consider making exceptions and keeping some of the funds back for this because you never know.
