The Importance of Decisiveness in Leadership
I think one of the other really important things that people need to know when they're developing their leadership skills is what I said before, which is oftentimes there's no right answer. It's being decisive. It's taking everything in, understanding that we're human. We're not perfect and that we might be wrong, but making the best decision we can with the information that we have and making that decision. And it's okay sometimes to get partway through the decision and go, okay, this isn't working. Let's try something different, right? But a lot of times it's just making that decision and then figuring out what you need to do next.
