I think if you're also an over-achieving type it's really hard to put that in practice because you almost feel guilty for not doing enough but I just try to focus on okay like knowing that me spending another like our doing this is actually going to be me losing an hour the next time. The things that I do when I'm having a good week generally it's meditating in the morning and then meditate in the evening, taking vitamin at least once every two or three days; making sure my meals have lots of healthy vegetables. When I'm in a better like period exercise through yoga and sleep but those two I think are sometimes a little inconsistent for me.
