Is There a Word That Affects Your Fluency?

My crutch word is so. I tend to begin far too many sentences with so and it's just not necessary. You can elongate the vowel sound, which gives you time to think of the next word. But there are other ways that you can be a bit this fluent in your speech. It's just when you do them too often, the listener becomes aware and then they can only hear that as well.
