A lot of companies in silk an value right now, and probably elsewhere, is that the c o and the management team almost feel like their being held hostage by the employees. So i think there's probably a better way to do it than what i did, which is, if you're starting a company to day, just make that clear up front. But ye, i'm really glad that i did it.
