The China deal was a great example of how the early integration can really help with execution. The sponsor engagement, making sure that person clears some headroom to be able to really focus on a deal in addition to his or her other job is key. And I think that really helped make that transaction more successful than it probably would have been on the back end. It sounds like there's some good coaching involved and just relationship building as well.
