What's the Transition Between Below the Trompet and Zion?

In chapter one of Joel, we're introduced to the concept of Zion and blowing the trumpet. The day of the Lord isn't monolithic, meaning this isn't just something that's happening once or anticipating one event in a future time. But this is now talking about judgments and sort of these cataclysmic type of scenarios surrounded by blessings concurrently through all of this.
