When I'm playing out hypotheticals for myself, I don't really separate thinking and feeling. Like, if I'm thinking of different options than for each one, I'm feeling how that feels in my gut. It's hard to really separate those two things. And so you're suggesting to lean into that as a kind of guide post or a breadcrumb towards where you're supposed to be. Does that make sense?
