Is Everybody Subject to the Laws of the Land?
Every single person is subject to the law of the land, regardless of their class. When you use the word cosmos to connote this, you're certainly including a more inclusive or wider range of idea. But that does not mean a few of all kinds, irresistibly. So listen when i say this, all kinds does not equal a few ofAll kinds. It just does not fit within the context.
