Is There a Time War Between Red and Blue?
They're on different sides of this time war and because it's this intractable thing like the sides are not really talking and negotiating at all. And so they start writing each other these covert letters to keep in touch. They aren't commanding troops in the time war or whatever but they are both like sort of favored agents by you know the whatever entity is controlling both of these societies. So they have they have some leeway but also they you know they're being watched over with some.
