With bitcoin there's no centralized foundation at the top of it nobody's kind of working in concert to sort of coordinate um you know its success. It's a bunch of decentralized totally independent people acting in a way that is not really like in concert, but just by them acting as nodes. With ripple i don't get a perfect example yeah exactly ripple is totally perfectYeah and i think the interesting thing here is i do think there's an interesting discussion to be had about all this because you know we're talking about the securities laws this is a law that was written in 1933.
