Lucille and her friend pauline next door weren't allowed to buy make up. So lucille would go to the dime store and get pink or red crape paper, put it in water and hay press for lipstick. At 14, she started seeing this local bad boy. Lucille was kind of getting a reputation for cookery. I guess cook agreed. But people sort of, this might be super unfair.
