The Velvet Underground Are a Very Influential Band
The Velvet underground aren't exactly one of my favorite bands of all time But I do like them a lot and of their albums this album their debut is still my favorite for reasons that I will talk about. As we get into the songs as for me when I was first becoming interested in rock history as a teenager I Couldn't swing a dead Lester bangs without hitting mention after mention of the Velvet underground. How adventurous they were how influential they were how they still held up 20 odd lit years later. The rift to sweet Jane was ripped off by everyone from ELO to the dead milkman So Jackson's course of Jane is in a vest And me I'm in a rock and roll band
