Is It a Good Idea to Optimize for a Model to Production?

Companies should prioritize getting something to production in an organized way, even if it's not as gooda just so you've experienced the en to end work flow once. You can start iterating a suppo to get an amazing model to production once in a very custom tailored way and then not be able to repeat that. And maybe, if you have enough resources, you'll do both of these things in parallel. That's the optimal case. But if you have to trade off one over the other, i would probably put it, if else, aa, model interproduction in anorganized way, and then try to improve the process.
