What Macalavianism Is?
Macalavianism is the belief that workers have power to organize and force significant concessions from their bosses. But because our current political environment is so hostile to collective action by workers, they can basically only win by one: militant action together. And if they can do that, they can not only beat their bosses, but transform all of society.
