i really what i wanted to doa, was be an economist, right? Being a journalist was never something that i had and to do at all, really. And then one day i got any mail, am, from the economics editor saying would you consider applying for this job, really, as the economics correspondent? It's such a great way of kind of indoctrinating students into thinking that the institute for fiscal studies is the best place on earth. I think at the beginning, i, you now thought, ah, what a neat and elegant way of applying all the mast that i love.
