The Importance of Having an Incomplete System
The more projects you identify, the less your boss will yell at you. Having an inbox is essential to getting everything under control and really do GTD. If it's not there, if there's not an inbox, then you will have stuff other places. The second part that I would like to challenge you on is that if you have something you would like to do something about, and you are doing next action and not recording the desired outcome, then you might forget that you actually committed to do that.
