Don't Make Your Kids Resist You More Than Food

i think there's a way to navigate even the most narrow of picky eaters. We have a rule that big kids try everything once, but the portion amount that they take of each thing, they have control over. i don't force them beyond that one and reall, really, that is just my legate way of exposing them to foods over and over so they start to develop a taste for it. And then finding ways to work in healthy items into things i know they already love. Geting them in the kitchen's the biggest thing, cause then theyon, getting them food chopping with youause they're less scared of it when it shows up on their plate.
