The Tear Ducks and the Tears

In antique science, it was believed that tears came from the heart. However, after stinson described the tear ducks an the main lachrymal gland in 16 62, it was accepted that tears originated there. And apparently, i haven't tried to look in my own eyes, but i have seen images of this. Apparently, you can't actually see your own puncta malice, the little holes in your eyelids the tears drain away through if you look really close.
