Is There a Culture of Creative Leadership?

A lot of people feel that this creative part of them is something that has to be separate from the person that shows up at work. And i've so often found that the things that i have done that have no purpose or end in mind, that are just creative things for fun have had a massive impact. The entire visual aesthetic of unmistakable creative came from a 30 day project where i tried to teach myself how to draw and realized i couldn't draw. Nd, this comes down to the culture piece. You know, our leaders creating those spaces for people to to play and to do creative thinking and to do deep work.
