When I was four years old, my uncle came home from his mission. He had served in the Canada Alberta mission. And I thought, I am going to be a missionary one day, just like this hero of mine. When we got married, we moved up to Logan where I enrolled in a double major of food science and business administration thinking that I would be a restaurateur. Then our first son is born and it dawns on me that the restaurant business is nights and weekends. So I made my first change because I had been on a mission to Argentina.
