The West Indies' Fast Bowling Tradition
The West Indies always had a legitimately fast bowler and usually two or three legitimately fast bowlers. England had Josh Tong's fast medium. Maybe I think he got to 91 miles an hour but that doesn't necessarily make you fast anymore. Probably bowling 93, 94, 95 is probably now considered fast but he's not slow. And then they had a bunch of guys bowling at 78 to 82 miles an hour. That we have never seen before on a big scale. The bouncer when the West Indies used it was to move you back,.
