How to Automate Screen Casting on a PC?

I'm sure there's a lot of people out there thinking about automating. Or have you cheated and automated it with an assistant editor of your own? I barely touched that footage anymore because I tend to be working in places that they take all the footage in for me, which is much better. But unfortunately I tend to work on these sort of PC machines. They tend to air gap them so they won't be connected to the internet. You can't plug in your USB keys because they want to keep them sort of really locked down. Which makes automating it pretty hard as I can't stick my USB in with all my little tools to do what I want to. Unfortunately.
