Exercise: Lie down and confess that you have a fear. Notice the feeling of it in the body. This is fear, but it's the safe side of fear because i'm not in any danger right now. So we're all safe right now, all of us. The next step is like parking right there with your fear,. Look around you and look for anything blue. Your eyes will start to preferentially pick up blue things. That's a sharp focus em that's part of the fighter flight reaction. Now look for anything red, red,red, red, Red, red, red! And as you look around, just think blue, blue,blue, blue,
