Co Morbidity

i still sort of feel like there is a part of me that i still kind of gas lights myself a lot ot the time, where i'm like, this is just what everybody goes through. And i think it's only through talking to so many women at this point who were diagnosed and adulthod with co morbidities. It makes so much sense to me that so many of us are diagnosed with depression and anxiety some point in our adult life. I actually am curious with you, as an educational psychologist, what are your thoughts on this idea that there's co morbidity?
