Bureaucracy is a huge issue. Getting something taken up in the NHS has been a huge challenge of ours. When it is kind of just trying to keep the lights on, then if you want to talk about implementing something new or innovating ... there's no space for that. There's also this perception of risk as well. Can we be confident that the algorithm is regulated correctly? So all of these kind of concerns that people have sometimes prevent people from making a change"
