The nice thing about Gutenberg blocks is that they nest. And one of the nested items could be a core block and then you are going to unlock the ability to modify that core block. So it may be that you're doing custom work with the parent blocks, but the bit that you're trying to open up to the client, if you like, may just be aCore block. Have I kind of got where you were describing that? Yes, that's exactly right.
