Is There Zero Oversight on Algms?

Do you think it is possible to create regulatory bodies oversight over aagritms, which are inherently such cutting edge set of ideas and technologies? Ye, but i think it takes time to figure out what kind of oversight, what kinds of controls. I can't see real justification for why we shouldn't insist that machines self identify as machines. Where is the social benefit in fooling people into thinking that this is really a person when it isn't? You know, i don't mind if it uses a human like voice. That's easy to understand. But it should just say, i'm a machine in some some form.
